PAROS Group is a Washington, DC-based independent consulting organization that partners with K-12, higher education, and workforce development organizations to provide policy analysis and advice, conduct research, produce communication pieces for a variety of audiences, manage projects, and serve as a strategic thought partner.
PAROS Group is led by Gretchen Rhines Cheney who has more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of research, policy, and school-level practice in the fields of education and workforce development.
